Overall a great experience.
Opulent Motors is a small concern with very friendly staff.
I would definitely not hesitate in buying another car from them and thoroughly recommend them if you're looking to buy a quality used car.

Mo and the team are amazing, so friendly, so welcoming and communication was brilliant. We bought a car from him and we had to travel 300miles. Mo communicated with my husband throughout and when we got there, the car was exactly what he said, and he was ready with a cup of tea for us. Liam was brilliant from start to finish when buying my new car. The quick and efficient delivery of the car was excellent considering I had no car due it my previous car breaking down and was unable to attend work. Liam sourced me a car that fit my needs perfectly and delivered it timely the next day. The log book was changed into my name and received in the post a few days later. Any problems I have come across with the car (albeit there is none just a girl being daft) were dealt with immediately and booked in at a garage to fit around my daily life to be looked at and fixed it needed. Communication lines remain open and there if needed even once the car is yours and Liam has rang me after 2 weeks of me owning the car to check how things are going and to check that I am happy with the car. The service is impeccable couldn't recommend a dealership more !!

After a few pretty unpleasant experiences at the hands of "geezer" car dealers, Mo from Opulent Motors showed me how customer service can, and should be done.
He was very attentive, courteous and helpful and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience. He made the transaction easy and I never felt like I was being rushed.
We love our new car, we had been looking for over a year for the right one and the one from Opulent Motors ticked all the boxes.
Buying a new car isn't something we do very often, so it's nice for that to be recognised and respected. I would recommend Opulent Motors in a heartbeat to anyone slightly nervous of "geezer" car dealers. Not all car dealers are equal.

Arrived to a very warm welcome from Mo. We had travelled over 400 miles to view the car. However Mo had sent me videos and picks and all the relevant paperwork prior to the journey, so I knew the car he had for sale was a good one. And sure enough, it was.We were also treated to our lunch. Mo showed us the car and left us to look over it, giving us plenty of time to do so. After a test drive, we made the deal. Vehicle could of been cleaner but was otherwise well presented, we had a great test drive and plenty of time to look everything over. What a fabulous experience!!! Mo was extremely helpful throughout. Communication was exceptional. The process throughout the sale ran seamlessly. I opted for delivery of the vehicle, which was delivered by a lovely lady called Terry. After a long journey she still managed to find the energy for a chat and guide me round my new vehicle which personalised my experience. I still feel bad that she had to drive my old car back without any heating, sorry Terry 😬.All in all I would definitely purchase again from Opulant Motors. A very friendly family run business. He was very obliging to arrange an appointment on a Sunday and gave us plenty of time to examine the car at our leisure. There was no hard sell and it was good that the car was inside. Mo arranged delivery of the car to us at a very reasonable price and organised purchasing a second key. Having now had the car three weeks we are very happy with it and with the whole experience. Although we did have to have the track rod ends replaced the day after purchase, this was sorted within 2 hours of notifying opulent motors. Nothing was too much trouble for moe and the car was collected and dropped back off to my house the same day (50 mile round trip each wau for them). I even received a call a few days after, just to make sure i was happy with the car and to thank me for the custom. I honestly cannot rate these genuine, honest guys any higher!

We saw the car on line and agreed with Moe of Opulent to go and view it in Derby. Moe had emailed me the service history and a close up video of the vehicle after our original telephone chat. Our existing car could not be used due to a problem so we went on the bus. Moe had arranged to pick us up when we arrived at the bus station. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received!! And as a first time buyer I couldn't speak more highly about the service we received. They went out their way to let us test drive the car we was looking at and open up the shop on the day they were closed and still offered an amazing service. Not bad at all taken in our mostRefent experience of buying a car. So in a nutshell shell we had a bad experience buying a car which was taken back eventually. The second time around we were cautious on the car we brought. We did our homework on the garage before viewing the car and it all made sense going to the opulent motors. The car was presented clean & tidy, it was mot'd & serviced by them so we had price of mind. We were given a warranty and drove away happy with our purchase and so far so good 2 month down the line. I'm quite a cautious person buyer but I was made to feel very comfortable by the girls. I felt my personal needs were met as I asked the garage to find my ideal car. I was given a three month warranty which gives me peace of mind. I decided to purchase the extended warranty which was priced reasonably okay, so hopefully happy driving from here on in.I cannot thank the girls enough and hopefully I will be back when I upgrade my car with a convertible BMW. Opulent motors was great! When it comes to buying cars my dad is very meticulous, so when we came to view a beautiful Audi A1 we brought with us a long list of questions and check points. The staff were really understanding, particularly Nabs who patiently a lot spent time with us going over all these details. He was able to answer all of the questions we had, and I left very pleased with my new car. When I started my search for a new car I relied heavily on reviews of garages, so it was really important for me to share that my experience. So I recommend to anyone who has seen a car they like to defiantly go and check it out, you will not waste your time here!

I would give 6 or more stars to Chris from Opulent Motors if I could. I had listed my Mercedes CLA on for sale a few months ago. Having dealt with a lot of time wasters when I listed my car, Chris contacted me regarding my car. If you're looking to sell your car and went through the hassle like I had to go through (before Chris approached me) then definitely give Chris a call from Opulent Motors.
There are a lot of liars and time wasters working in the motor trade, but Chris isn't either of those and stuck to his word by promising me an 'honest and hassle free purchase' of my car. His communication with me throughout the process was excellent, even better than some of the German brand main dealers I've dealt with when it comes to selling and part-exing my cars. His offer was quite fair and much higher than Webuyanycar, Motorway, Carwow and the usual companies that would come to mind.

It came with 3 months warranty for peace of mind.
I took it to a local garage near me for a full health check. They even told me you got a really good buy here.
Had a few minor issues with it.
Mo told me to bring it back and they got everything done and resolved.. Even done a mini valet for free when returned. Also told me check it if anything you are not happy with let us know we here to help.
That's why it's good to buy from a garage and pay a little bit more than buy private.
5 star service.
Highly recommended.

I went here to look at possibly purchasing my first ever car, and everyone who knows me knows that I'm super picky when it comes to my first car.
Spoke to Mo on the phone who was super friendly and when I got there I was treated like one of the family. Took the car out for a test drive (after a lovely cup of tea made by Mo) and the car ran so smoothly and I knew right away the car was for me.
Took it back and the rest of the team were so lovely. Mo in particular was so patient with all my idiotic questions (I have no one in my family who knows anything REMOTELY about cars, myself included)
After everything was concluded, I was kindly dropped off home by a gentleman called Nabeel who again was very lovely and patiently listened to my ranting haha.
100% would recommend these gentleman, they made buying my first car such a relaxed and happy time!

Great experience from start to finish. I reserved the car as I was travelling a fair distance. On arrival reallly later back process, I managed to get a test drive which went to plan. I've now had the car for 6 weeks and it's been great. I received a call from the garage 1 week later which was quite nice as it wasn't a case of once paid then forgotten.

I found my Mercedes c220 via auto trader and it looked a gem On the pics. I called opulent motors over the phone and arranged a viewing. On arrival the greeting from the team was 2nd to none and made me feel very welcome was no pressure sales what so ever. I went to view the car on the forecourt and was just as good in the pictures, If not better. A test drive was done and I fell in love with the car. The team gave me a great px price on my car at the time, and the deal was done the same day and away I went. A few weeks later I had a gearbox service done on the car and with the engine trays removed revealed a slight leak from the oil cooler (these things happen) I called and asked if it was covered under warranty. They confirmed it was and had the car collected within a day or so (60 miles away) courtesy car left with me, repaired at a Mercedes dealer and returned within a few days. Honestly such a great place and experience. Feel like I have made a good friend to. Thank you 5* plus

Made to feel really comfortable with a hot drink which was well received having travelled 2 hours to an appointment. No pressure to buy, given a chance to text drive abs have a look through the documents post test drive. We've not had the car for 6 weeks one minor issue regarding a wiper problem which was addressed quickly at our local garage where the warranty covered the cost. As they say happy wife happy life she's enjoying the car so happy days.
I would recommend a visit but take advantage of the wats app video option which may save you a trip if the car is not for you. Very impressed with our experience so thought it would only be appropriate to share my experience. Thanks

First and foremost, I would like to mention the assertive, ambitious and welcoming staff, that works very hard to make everything complete for the customer(s) to drive away with their new car, as the beneficial determination is conveyed throughout the workplace, which reveals there true intentions to make the customer happy. Mo and the team were absolutely great!
I went here to look at possibly purchasing my first ever car, and everyone who knows me knows that I'm super picky when it comes to my first car.
Spoke to Mo on the phone who was super friendly and when I got there I was treated like one of the family. Took the car out for a test drive (after a lovely cup of tea made by Mo) and the car ran so smoothly and I knew right away the car was for me.
Took it back and the rest of the team were so lovely. Mo in particular was so patient with all my idiotic questions (I have no one in my family who knows anything REMOTELY about cars, myself included)
After everything was concluded, I was kindly dropped off home by a gentleman called Nabeel who again was very lovely and patiently listened to my ranting haha.
100% would recommend these gentleman, they made buying my first car such a relaxed and happy time!

Great experience from start to finish. I reserved the car as I was travelling a fair distance. On arrival reallly later back process, I managed to get a test drive which went to plan. I've now had the car for 6 weeks and it's been great. I received a call from the garage 1 week later which was quite nice as it wasn't a case of once paid then forgotten.

Fantastic service from a great team Simply awesome
I found my Mercedes c220 via auto trader and it looked a gem On the pics. I called opulent motors over the phone and arranged a viewing. On arrival the greeting from the team was 2nd to none and made me feel very welcome was no pressure sales what so ever. I went to view the car on the forecourt and was just as good in the pictures, If not better. A test drive was done and I fell in love with the car. The team gave me a great px price on my car at the time, and the deal was done the same day and away I went. A few weeks later I had a gearbox service done on the car and with the engine trays removed revealed a slight leak from the oil cooler (these things happen) I called and asked if it was covered under warranty. They confirmed it was and had the car collected within a day or so (60 miles away) courtesy car left with me, repaired at a Mercedes dealer and returned within a few days. Honestly such a great place and experience. Feel like I have made a good friend to. Thank you 5* plus

Made to feel really comfortable with a hot drink which was well received having travelled 2 hours to an appointment. No pressure to buy, given a chance to text drive abs have a look through the documents post test drive. We've not had the car for 6 weeks one minor issue regarding a wiper problem which was addressed quickly at our local garage where the warranty covered the cost. As they say happy wife happy life she's enjoying the car so happy days.
I would recommend a visit but take advantage of the wats app video option which may save you a trip if the car is not for you. Very impressed with our experience so thought it would only be appropriate to share my experience. Thanks

When I went to view the car which I found on Autotrader at a very good price. Ziggy and Mo weren't pushy, everything was very transparent and I was allowed to look round the car and test drive at my leisure, very refreshing and just a generally friendly experience! They also gave me what I thought was a fair price for my car, no haggling, everything was just honest and easy. I purchased the car and it drove like a dream for about 250 miles back to Wales. Unfortunately a few days later the car broke down (faulty fuel injector), nobody's fault, nobody was to know, as like I said, it drove absolutely fine prior to that and that's what the warranty is for. However from then it went down hill and a whole series of rubbish service from the warranty company and various garages followed. The silver lining was Ziggy, he compensated 10 fold for other companies incompetence, he gave me a courtesy car off the forecourt, which I think was actually up for sale for more than the one I purchased, he even took me out for lunch and the entire time reassured me he'd sort it, and true to his word he did (out of his own pocket too), he even showed me the spreadsheet he uses to keep track of the cars he has and the money spent, and I can assure you he does not cheap out on making sure the cars are up to scratch before you buy them, from memory he had only made something like £30 profit on the car I was sold after paying £400+ to get it up to standard and that's before the £500 bill he stumped up for the fuel injector! I would not hesitate to purchase from Opulent motors again, especially now they've got rid of the warranty company and are servicing warranties themselves, as a result of the issues I had. I can't help but think if I had bought the car from somewhere else I would have been left with the bill and told that it's my problem and my bill to sort, but not the case with Opulent Motors, 5 stars for Opulent and Ziggy!
